If the circuit is normal, replace the encoder; If the drive belt is loose, adjust the belt tension or replace it with a new belt.

  Fault 4: Excessive noise from the electric spindle

  Reason: Bearing oil shortage or damage, gear wear, loose internal components of the motor, deteriorated lubricating grease, etc.

  Solution: If the bearing is short of oil, replenish lubricating grease in a timely manner; If the bearing is damaged, replace it with a new one; If the gear wears out, the worn gear needs to be replaced; For loose internal components of the motor, it is necessary to disassemble the motor and tighten the loose parts; When the lubricating grease deteriorates, the lubrication system should be cleaned and replaced with new lubricating grease.
